Sometimes I when I'm doing bad I just take a break for a 15-30 min. But nothing longer than that...

lol idont take breaks...i wonder why....when im playing bad i go and play some duckhunt....or go watch some forum videos.../comics. only breaks for the loo. and some chocolate to tide me over

Why you think, people write: "nickname" @ warm-up or something else.
2 Possibilities:

1: They're bad
2: They'reĀ  starting to warm-up at publiX and then go to open Clan-servers or else

And yes, soldat is a great game. YOu don't need to play much, but if you have skill, it won't decay.

Well the opposite of a public server would be a private server. As in every server that has a password on it, such as the gather servers.

Yeah it is, I left to play Soldier Front for a few months, then I got fed up with the myriad of cheaters and laggers in every game room and the apparent lack of concern of the owners (they keep releasing bs items no one needs instead of fixing the hacks) so I came back to this. It is like riding a bike. The first few minute I had trouble with the controls (used to 3d games, not 2d), but after I readjusted myself, I owned. I didnt need to take a lot of time to reaccimate myself at all.
