Requesting a nice rainbow scenery

Just make a white semicircle and then put them with different colors and sizes in the map....

I did that. The finished scenery's overall looks didn't quite have what I imagined.

I was looking to see if a professional scenery-maker can make one...

I understand you want a professional scenery maker for this but by using Niko's idea with the scenery file attached, you can make some nice, soft-looking rainbows.

The scenery file is by X-tender, all credit goes to him.

Of course, it might not be the "look" you're after but it's a nice back-up plan if no-one can find the time to make a rainbow for you.
