dense snow weather mod

i'm not sure if this topic in is the right section of the forum, but i looked at VirtualTT's map titled TW Rime, and he said that he added a dense snow weather mod download for the map but the link leads me to a dead end and i would really like to see this mod...

if anyone has this specific mod could you please give a link leading to the download?

edit the snow gfx in the soldat files ure self just make them 4 times bigger and ul have the same effect
