I have a great story line for a movie but I'm way too tied up atm...  making scripts, at work, school preparations...  Plus I don't really know how to throw together a good movie...  :-\
Can't think of anything original to put here...

I could finish some random action movie if i get more demos. I couldn't play demos from previous games someday and deleted them. I have some clips from 1.3.1 lol. Need about 1 min of action for the video.
Just pointless.

There's this thing called Autodemo - option in the soldat settings. It records about 30 seconds in unregitered version. if you do something awesome, you press F8 and it's saved.

Ah, I miss seeing all of the new movies as well. I would try my hand at creating one in Vegas, but the simple fact of the matter is (besides lacking the artistic talent for such an endeavor) that I'm just too damned lazy to sort through all of my demos, which number about 1,600 at the moment (occupying a space of a little under 7 gigs). Most of them, I'm sure, contain no decent footage or awesome moments at all. I think that I'm just F8 happy sometimes.

I forgot always start to record :(
Then why don't you auto record?
I hate auto-record since it only records that 3 minutes and then starts a new one

edit: failed with text placement

If you're registered, you can set autodemo to record for any amount of time. Go into your soldat.ini and search for Record_Time. Set it to whatever you'd like. I set mine to some random extremely high number to ensure that I get the full match at the end of a map.

That unlimited recording was only for registered users, but was later made available for everybody.
Look in the version history as I can't be arsed finding out exactly which one.
