Font Bug extreme

Hi, first I say i'm german and have a very bad english ^^.

We have 2 PC's and have installed the new version of soldat.
Now one pc have this font bug.
We have turned on in setup the compatibility but nothing happens.
Second i have changed the font but nothing happens.
We have reinstalled the version and nothing happened.
I have test anti aliasing and the other things nothing happened.
what can we do against it?


On the other PC the fonts are readable but bader as in the old soldat version (the fonts looks darker and not clean. they looks freyed.

done 12 times.

HDD, graphic card and the other things are ok too.
direct x (newest version for xp) is running too.
other programs have no problems only soldat.

have u read the first post? we have do it already.
in the old soldat version it will go but in the new it have the failures.

the driver are from 3. aug 2007.
8 days old.
i have tested in this time the older versions from the video driver but nothing happend.

i think its a bug in the new version. the old have no problems.

my other pc didnt need video compatibility but in the new version i need it to start.
and than the fonts look very bad (but i can read it).

i installed again a new driver for the graphic card and the black shadows behind the fonts are away.
than the 1. pc looks like the second. the font was readable but it looks with shadows.
i edited the font.ini and make the size from the fonts all to 12 and now we can read all ).
it looks very strange but we can play now.

I believe it's a font problem... go to Soldat/Txt and open "font-help.txt." Then go to font.ini and set the values at your like. You can try with my own if you want...
