9999 ping says "requesting game only"

everytime someone trys to join My DETICATED server its always sayys 9999 ping and when people try to join it only says REQUESTING GAME

Open the Soldat ports on your firewall/router.
By default you need to open TCP & UDP 23073, TCP 23083 and UDP 23196.

If you don't know how to forward your ports, check this out.

Click on the link, find your router model in the list, and then click on Soldat.

As for the firewall, if you have one, it depends on which one you're using. Check out the documentation for it or simply google for it.
