Pls merge these textures some1

Hi, could someone pls turn these 2 texture into 1 so that the merge gradually and smoothly. I've heard that it's possible with photoshop, but I don't have it so i need someone to do it for me  :-\. pls put the grassy texture above the dirtlike texture. thnx whoever is gonna do this for me  ;D.

try to find rain riders program for that. somewhere in teh apps list I guess. I'd help you now but I don't have photoshop installed and can't be arsed to do that.
