Server map downloading

Ok, how do you make your server able to download maps to other players so they can join

where do you find allow_download=1??

In Soldat.ini. You also have to make sure that your firewall/router allows traffic on the map download port (TCP 23083 by default, uses the game port (default 23073) + 10).
