I seen some stiky topics but i don't understand anything. I want have a custom TW server here, in my computer, is this posible? Well... the problem is i have 9999 ping in my server. What must i do?

Nope, only the "soldat dedicated server" and Soldat.exe (For play in)

You need to forward the proper ports to your computer and configure any firewalls to allow access.

You need to open these ports on your firewall/router:

TCP & UDP 23073, TCP 23083 and UDP 23196

Click this if you don't know how to forward your ports.
