non gfx?

Somehow all my players cannot see the TrenchWar map's gfx and textures correctly. I dont see the "file sent" in the server command prompt and the setting in Soldat.ini is something like "AllowDownload=1" uh.. help?

Possibly the server doesn't have the files.
