well is it a bug or a feature?

I can't throw any nades while I'm minigunsurfing, I was able to do so in previous version..

It's a bug, doesn't work for me too. But I recall asking other people to try it and it worked for them.

No, it's just a technique that you can do by pointing a minigun down. The push from the minigun propels you up.

Yeah it seems it, I remember being able to spam like crazy back in previous versions while using the minigun.
