I do all... but I have 9999 ping

Hi all, i'm making my soldat's server, and I get 9999 ping...

I have 23073 to 23196 TPC & UDP... i run the soldat server 2.6.2, and it run ok.

But if I or other person find it in the list, it have 9999 ping.

>.< i did the port test and i feiled it... and i dont know waht ip i must use... my local ip (102.168.. or my internet ip (it's aleatory)? and what's the problem?

You should use your internet IP for the test.

Is that what you used?
