Server problem

Sometimes people cant see when map changes.. in console it write
(17:15:22) Error: Could not load map (inf_Industrialv2)

(17:15:22) Error: Could not load map (inf_Industrialv2)
(17:15:23) Error: Could not load map (inf_Industrialv2)

(17:15:23) Error: Could not load map (inf_Industrialv2)
(17:15:23) Error: Could not load map (inf_Industrialv2)
(17:15:23) Error: Could not load map (inf_Industrialv2)
etc.
Then all left with error message Wrong map (or something..)
If i quickly write /restart its ok.
How can i fix it?

let me guess, you are using a windows server?
if not, check if the name is correct (case sensitive)
