I dont understand how someone just doesnt know how to swim. It isnt hard at all, its just a repeitive motion of your legs and arms, I mean, it seems like every human ever should have been naturally born able to doggie paddle at least...
I have a Mac so I can't play with you guys no more :(
(psst MM make a Mac version)

I was told once that every animal on earth can swim from birth. However many humans cannot. Don't know if thats 100% true.

I think some primates can't swim, because they panic aswell. Embarrassment to mammals...

I'm not sure that every animal on earth can swim from birth, but I don't find it impossible. Well excluding some birds.

Human babies can even dive, because they haev some thing in their throats that prevents the water from coming in them. It has something to do when they're in the belly yet. They are in water so...

I've had 5 years of competitive swimming, coached by real swimmers. And I've seen how schools teach swimming...

... You probably won't learn much from the school. And it's very unlikely you'll learn how to save someone else who's drowning.

We're talking about learning to swim.  Not general CPR or emergency rescue.  [retard]

Edit: Wold Man: Buddy..you need to learn to swim if you do that sort of stuff.  Just floating isn't enough in some situations.

i got a life jacket i just have problems staying up when i aint got one on and swimming, i can do fine with a jacket lol

I would make a good raft for anyone who wants to survive, "grab hold of my stomach" I'll say. They will eventually and i would paddle with my huge feet in the direction of floor or land.

I'm not an Olympic swimmer, but I have just enough prerequisite experience in the water to survive for a period of time, if need be.
