I have forwarded my ports...
« on: September 22, 2007, 12:21:13 am »
And the server still doesn't work!!!!!!  I spent 3 hours trying to figure everything out and the server ping is still 9999.  I really don't know what to do anymore.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Give the port tester a go and paste the results of it here.
If you're using a firewall, make sure the Soldat traffic is allowed through it.

-I'm sure I forwarded my ports correctly. I don't get it.  I even tried turning off my firewall and it still didn't work. I also tried it with the IP from whatsmyip.com and it still failed everything.

If i remember correctly... u had 2 NAT-s in a row. Modem and router. Both had NATs...
For me it didnt work out at all... I had to bridge one of them (modem) and forward ports in other one.
And im quite happy with results. :)
