Strange error - Can't restart the server

One of my servers suddenly crashed and now it refuses to come back to life  :P It shuts down at start with error:

Server Encountered an error:
'*' is not a valid integer value
[22:16:46] Shutting down server...
[22:16:46] Shutting down admin server...
[22:16:46] Shutting down ScriptCore...

I have also tried with script disabled but with no luck, also I tried to delete and re-upload the binary but with luck again  :-\

*Nvm, there was a wrong "*" at banned.txt  ::)

linux right? Kill the PID or something if i remember it correctly. Its still running in the back i think..
