I've been a barret user for over a year, but this new patch has forced me to reevaluate my entire gameplay strategy.  There has always been movement AC on the barret, which served to tone it down a bit, and balance the gun.  When I see a target I stop pressing my movement keys, and hold still for the shot, which helps, but doesn't make the gun 100% effective.

Since 1.4.1 however, this movment AC has been ramped up, almost to eliminate my style of playing all together.  To get a good shot on the barret, one needs to be standing still.  This really encourages the campers to use the barret for the sole purpose of hiding somewhere and taking shots off, which I thought was what everyone hated.
Personally I think the barret was great the way it was, and this new patch is only going to fuel people's frustration and hatred of the weapon.

Yeah, aim ok in 1.4.1 is a bit harder... play 1.3.1 version and remember better times......

i dont agree,,,,

many ppl can get shots in mid air, though let go of ur movement keys and aim, thats easier to hit.(unless ur falling into a pit.) yea camping is easier to hit...but no it doesn't fuel more frustration and heat

I find camping with barrett harder to kill. When your using it while moving you don't think about it too much, you just aim and shoot. When your camping and not moving, you're thinking too much causing you to sometimes miss...same thing when you try to kill a person who is not moving, you concentrate too much on getting the perfect shot and you end up missing.

i did hare sum rumors that the barreters are suffering in 1.4. well, i don't know much of the difference. whenever I play, it's just the same feeling i had from 1.3.
