Need info about soldat server

I want to make a commander program like arsse but how can i send commands to it?
just parameters? and the messages the server displays are they logged to a file or what. how can i get those messages.

do those help?  I'm not really sure what you're asking.  The commands are sent after connecting to the soldat server's TCP admin port and sending the admin pass.

ah never mind i think its to hard for me right now. i just realised something. i cant send commands to a port cause i dont know how to do it in LUA and Autoplay media studio. i think i need to learn another language.
Is there a c or c++ (like) tutorial or getting started guide on the net somewhere? do you have one? else i search myself
