Image format is horrible, save it as .png.
I looks like you didn't put much effort on it =/ Weird colors, too bright, maybe black/gray colors would fit more on this launcher. Make it longer, its size doesn't fit with the others weapons size.

Agreed to ~Niko~. "Launcher" usually means something massive, that's smaller than the combat knife. In addition, never add a '!' after the weapon. It would suit your account name (which is not a compliment) :D

We have a big community with a lot of modders... but i think few of us do the work how needs to do, so please do it with effort or don't do it.
