Nice little map. Reminds me of my first one...

Anyways, you need to connect your waypoints. Check MM+'s (soldat's included? mapmaker) help to see how to do that. That's what helped me. Otherwise, someone else is bound to help you :).

You need some shading. Even simple vertice coloring would help. Look at other maps to see what I mean. Most all of them having polygons with different colors on their edges for a more 3d desired effect. Also, just to make it look nice.

Another thing that your map lacks is: there is only the flat land for the bots to fight on. Maybe a little underground structure would help, or little trenches here and there. That would improve gameplayability and would increase the living time in a chaotic game.

It's a looking map with the scenery. The polygon borders look ugly though. You ought to either make them invisible using the "Opacity" features in the properties box (if you are using Polyworks). Or, make a physical boundery. Some sort of steep and unclimbable hill, or a structure of some sort. Invisible walls work too, but a seeably physical boundery is always better.

Good luck on your map. It looks like it could turn out good.

Good visuals, maybe add 70% transparency to the clouds.
You got to improve the coloring of the polys, and change the texture, add a grassy one.

I think that if you colored the polygons just right, there would be no need for a texture change. The one that you have now could work. It just stands out too much since it isn't colored/shaded.
