Rugby - Like American Football, but without the armour (real men don't need armour).

Ah, reminds me of one of the sports commentators or some satirist saying that it was expected that England would in against Trinidad And Tobago in the Wold Cup, considering that we invented football...and Trinidad And Tobago.

Rugby, at least in the US, is most closely associated with Australia.

What I've never understood is why adapt the game into 'football' and wear armour? Firstly, don't call it football when you use your hands. Secondly, is armour really needed? The worst injury we've had in our school is a broken rib, and he went to school the next day anyway.

People here love the sport, but hate the dangerous aspect of it; now, the worst you can be injured is a broken bone.

i don't see how australia is associated with rugby, only our best two states really play it, the rest play some mutant version that doesn't make sense

This is why i'd love to watch rugby but americans dont really play it, which is gay. Though i would say armor is necessary because a quaterback already gets fucked up with the armor on. Without the armor, all the good players would eventually be injured to the point that they cant play, and then the game would just suck.

I used to skateboard some years ago, but the bastards took our park away + police wasn't really polite towads us after we took over the curch stairs from time to time, that it made me and few friends to quit the stuff.

Since then I have gone outside with the board few times, just for the fun, as always.

I still skate and Im really into Mixed Martial Arts. MMA is gaining popularity especially in the states and skateboarding is becoming more mainstream. Even MTV  has 2 shows featuring skateboarders (Rob Dyrdek, Sheckler). I dont think this is very good for the sport...
