my server was working, now it isn't

I went through the entire process of forwarding my ports and getting a static IP and everything and my server worked fine for a month or two, now its got 9999 ping again

additionally, if I want to add a script to make my server all cool and fancy, where do I put the script files?

has anybody had this problem before? can someone help?

A) You had to have changed your ISP to get a static IP, is that what you did?
B) Scripts go in the "Soldat Server Folder">Scripts>"Script Folder Name"

A) I just followed the instructions on www.portforward.com, it told me how to set up a static IP

ah im having that problem too.
i got my server to ping 16 but it changed back to ping 9999.

it realy sucks.
and each time i follow the instructions to get a static ip.
it never works.

yeah, pretty sure my internet was just temporarily being lame, my server is working fine now
