Playing a server single player

I just want to know how to run soldat with a mod and using the scripts without having to do anything and not caring about ping levels, all I want to do is play single player while using scripts... Also, is this gonna affect my single player?

If you are just playing with yourself, no, not a problem, since you don't need to connect to the internet to join your own server. If you are hosting the server on your own computer join with 127.0.0.1, otherwise use the LAN Ip of the computer running the server.
