I Don't see Palette, Display (PolyWorks)

i'd like to make my map but when i i'd like to change texture color i dont see PALETTE and DISPLAY, why? look at screen:



Please help me :)

of course i read tutorials :(

Window -> Workspace -> Reset Window Locations
