My first fairly decent games!

All right guys, as most of you know I am a noob at soldat. However, I have been slowly improving. In the game before this screenshot, I got like a 1.5 to 1 k/d, which I think is the first time I ever went positive. This one is not extremely impressive, but I couldn't PrintScreen the one before. However, bear in mind that this is with all weapons (mainly Barrett, though), cycling through over and over again. I had several streaks where I killed four in a row before death, running superfast and barretting them through bink. I even had a couple of streaks where I emptied a Barrett clip and hit three quarters of my shots while running. I was totally amazed -- I never play this good! I even killed a few with minigun. You name it, I tried it, and I had a blast. Going back to see if I can keep this lucky streak up -- I'm on Sluts Shhole.

hi fear....i do see u playing in pub ..servs.....im playing in pub..serv. when mt ping is 250 coz i cant enjoy playing in gathers when my ping is 250 +
im also a noob .....but i got the highest kills in playing in pub...MULTIKILLS
sorry..i dont hav a screen shot to prove it but im too happy too reach multi kills

Nice job dude. Nice name by the way, BOC is one of the best bands ever. Just keep up the good work, you'd probably do better than me in gathers at this point. Hope to play with you some time.

Huh DM well I don't play it very often but last time i play it my KD was been somewhere around 5-6(5-6 kills per death)

I'm not sure but did i see you playing a sna.gather yesterday around 10pm in GMT+1 ?

Well is nice to find a relaxed guy who don't give everything in skills and I respect that

I hope you will play more sna or soldat gathers.Your skills will improve faster if you do.

P.S.:How is this possible that in server with 30 kill limit is a guy who make 52 kills (screenshoot 2)
       and same is in screen 1 where they make also +30 kills in 30 kill limit :O

      Well i guess admin was been in server and change the limit by command so number didn't change 
      or he set the game only in time limit(he need to change kill limit with commands also)

P.P.S.:Well my nick in sna.gather was been Anarchy~m1tja~ED.si

          #soldat.anarchy   is new international soldat clan so join and idle :>.REC is on for skilled
          players with good soldat history (2wai,ef,in,dalton,ablaze,etc...)

Yeah, that's fishy, 52 kills in a 30 kill limit? Must be heavy server glitch.

That happens a lot on some servers. You have to vote to get the map to change at all.

Reaper, I've played against you on a few servers.  From one noob to another, you're alright. 

Personally, I've found that playing *all* the game modes is essential to bringing your skills up, since they force you to do different things to win.  Just playing a few rounds of DM for the first time really improved my CTF game in the same day.

Zombie: resourcefulness, improvisation, patience
Jump maps: backflips, rolls, jumps, precision movement.
Rambomatch: suprise attacks, fighting at range
DM/TM: brawling, health conservation, ammo conservation
Infiltration: sniping, out-smarting snipers
CTF: teamwork, target prediction, running like hell
RS: swearing, dieing with honor, defenestration

Anyway, it beats playing CTF over-and-over, while Viceroy and Rai-Dei shoot you full of holes, all afternoon.

My first was FA Mod DM.

Keep it up DM's are a great starting point. Also you might want to try some 1v1's, they helped me loads before moving onto the gather scene.

I have been playing some gathers. I am in s4r and Rai's training clan. However, with my weird schedule, sometimes I have to stop in the middle of a game. And gatherers tend to get p1ssed when you do that. It takes time to find a sub :-/ .
