I want to purchase a server, and what site should i choose?

Things to think about:
- ping
- price
- i live in norway

Will i be able to choose game mode, kick, ban and such after i've ordered it/anytime i want?

And the slots thing, is that the limit of people who can be in the server?

If by game mode you mean CTF/DM and stuff then yea. They have a very nice control panel for this and a FTP to manage maps and scripts. And the ping is awesome.

If u have a server from selfkill, can u take a screenshot of the controlpanel?

For  stuff like kicking and banning, you do that as an ingame admin or through a TCP client like ARSSE. Every server supports that since you know the adminlog as long as you're the owner of the server. Apart from that, I agree with EnEsCe, that selfkill.com delivers top notch servers at a good price and controlability for europeans.
