This is a fourth warning kazuki, no matter how you look at it.
We had a little argument with despair here, but if you put a warning on me, you put a warning on despair as well. Oh and it went off-topic, but if you read the italics beneath my posts you will notice a slight relation to the topic. But if it did get too far, sorry for that.
I would agree that a whole year ban for dascoo is a bit too much, but those three absolutely irrelevant flames+ spams are unnecessary and unrelated to the topic nor the discussion.

EDIT: If you are putting a warning on me and not pm' ing me with a warning first, then you are going to have a problem rather soon my little moderator friend. Do it by the book.
What I do in the fisting zone and on the Lounge has nothing to do with what I do on the main part of the forums what so ever and as a matter of fact, I haven't gotten any warnings for ages... The first warning to be released is via the personal messages in case it is important enough. Especially you pm someone if an off- topic discussion type of thing has been started, but you don't spread around warnings like herpes to little girls.

I personally am not very strict, because I believe there are other circumstances that must be considered that are not established in the forum rules. That's probably what makes me a terrible moderator, but oh well.

I wouldn't have given anyone a warning in this thread, but I'm not going to oppose the fact that it happened.
