Sony Vegas help... Animating text.

Yes, I've searched, but found nothing (and yes, I'm a google n00b  [pigtail])
I'm wondering how you do those nasty looking text animations like this. I've searched Youtube, but also found nothing there that helps much. I'm stuck on Dialup, so watching 44 minute Tutorial videos is totally out of the question.
Any help from fellow Sony Vegas users?

I think it shows you how to get the text animated at least. Dont know about all the flashy effects.
