Bonus' not appearing.

Hi,
I'm running the server CE | R/S, and I figured it'd be great with some bonuses around. You rarely see'em anywere, so I thought it'd be fun. The problem is, now that I've enabled'em, they simply aren't showing up.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

No, but really. I would love to have a game including the good ol' predator or something in DM. Or it'd also be great in ctf for sneaking behind enemy lines. INF too. Well, all in all it'd just be great. So would Clusters and Vest. The FC would have a hell lot easier getting away if he was camouflaged/ had clusters to shake off followers or had a vest on.
