Amazing how many of you don't pay attention to the fact that he has stated multiple times that he is running on Ubuntu and not any version of Windows.I would imagine that running on a Linux distro makes it somewhat more difficult to screw it up. I suppose it would operate on the same principle though. Go find system critical files and start playing whack-a-mole on them.

Is there a hybernation thing in Ubuntu? If there is, make your PC go into it and while it's in the pocess of going into it, cut off the power supply.
