Offline Scripts?

Okay, I DID search the forums about this, but I can't find enough info about having scripts working offline.

Is there any way to play Soldat offline with scripts WITHOUT using dedicated server? And if dedicated server is required, how do I set up a dedicated server and then join it?

unpack this ZIP anywhere on your computer (just not in the soldat game folder), put the scripts you want in the scripts folder and run soldatserver.exe . Then run Soldat and join localhost
