How do i watch my Demos?

Hey, i just joined, this is my first post so i'll introduce myself (Hello! ) and ask my question...how do i watch my Demo videos?

you can get a program that makes it easier to watch, called diamond demo player in the fan apps section, but the way you do it is:
start soldat
go to join game
set the port to 0
set the ip to the name of the demo (for example demo1 for demo1.sdm)
join game
done.

Yea there are many ways to watch them, quickest way use that demo program 4yearold said or you can just search "Soldat Demo Player" in google. There are many ways to find what your looking for

hey uhm. i did what u said and i cant watch mah demos on soldat. it should work right?

Can you explain how it doesn't work?  Do you get an error message?

Just to point out, if the demo was recorded from version 1.4.1 or older, it will not work.  Soldat can only play demos from the version it was recorded from.

If you have the diamond demo player in your demo folder, do the following:
1. Double click on the Diamond Demo player app. Soldat doesn't need to be running.
2. After it opens, double click on which ever demo you want to watch in it's little playlist. All the demos, in the folder should show up in the playlist.
3. Enjoy. DDplayer will automatically open Soldat and start the demo playback correctly.. just in case you make a mistake trying to do it manually. Yeah, this is the lazy way to do it, but it works.
