Spring cleaning and avatar change

So, I'm feeling like a new avatar.  But I can't get this damned imaged under 20 kb.  I'm close, but not quite there. 

Any help?  Anyone?

Wow, it's amazing that you can't get that image under 20 kb, could you post the original?

Bah...I forgot about the GIMP.  And I wish I had known saving it as a .png could have fixed that.  It's amazing what people can tell you.
