Weights can help if you don't like a light mouse or if you don't want to make it move easily (but have the sensitivity high).

I am using Microsoft optic mouse. Its extremely light it weights around the same as my creative MuVo.
: D This mouse is good, but weirdly randomly it goes crazy for a 1 sec, so that when in game, crosshairs starts to move by itself to random direction or it starts to sping around the screen :[ It sometimes gets me killed.. My friend has the same mouse and he's having the same problem.

Microsoft discontinued the sidewinder series with the actual sidewinders on them.

Just a note; those aren't AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles.

This is an AIM-9. img

I know, i just grabbed the first missile image I could find because i did not think I would find a sidewinder view that would be from top.

I googled around since I was having a similar problem with my laptop.  It turns out that dodgy trackpads and/or "eraser" style track point mice can screw up and generate mouse events all by themselves.  The solution seems to be along the lines of disabling the offending pointing device in the control panel.

If you're not on a laptop, then it's almost certainly the mouse unless you have some other pointing device plugged in.

You guys have side buttons? We're lucky if we get a scrollwheel, or a mouse at all.
