Soldat trailer concept

Here's my concept. Feels like something is missing. (not just some screenshots etc.)
I don't really like the demo's, but don't really know what to add.

I need inspiration!

Attached here also for a more permanent mirror (you'd be surprised how often people come back to the forums looking or really old, random stuff) than hostmedia.us and the others.

As for the video, it looks like the right direction.  I'm guessing that the text overlays in the real thing would be over video, not static images?  I think that saying things like "unlimited lives" looks worse than saying "continuous gameplay"

I look forward to seeing this evolve into a full video.  Thanks for posting it in high-quality (and using divx instead of wmv or something), that makes it much nicer to watch :P

O yeah, good. good idea with the slow verson, though it shows the lagg a bit. Musik is good,
It's not too long.
need ideas?  well, I will just throw something out in the air then.. how about a takeoff after the whole video, with hardcore music.

I like the first part very well, if I was to change anything maybe change the slow part a bit,
you could show more of soldat there instead, and then have a takeoff with multikills and stuff lol..

yea, I didn't add something at 7 game modes so far, same goes to 18 guns.
I am thinking of adding vids to there as well. And what to add instead of unlimited amount of lives? Fully mod-able seems a bit weird. Just like "large community" or "very addictive". Leaving it away seems kind of stupid since the 2nd "boom"you hear has some extra sound added and I don't think it should be the first one :P

And you're right about the lag, that's the reason I took spas.. I just took some fast demos though

and change 18 guns to 18 weapons, b/c I don't recall a knife or chainsaw a gun. And i wouldn't consider the law a gun either...

I think you should remove the unlimited lives part and the "now a little slower" part.  Just get right to the slow part.
 
I think this would be cool

1)Montage of actual gameplay (extra bullets+guns)
2)slow mo (extra gore)
3)actual gameplay. (a cap, rambomatch, or /victory)
