how does it work?

after you upload it to server, and set up soldat.ini player create account by typing /create NICK PASS and then login using /login NICK PASS

by killing other players/bots he earn money so he can buy better weapons from standard weapon list, but  you choose what weapons would be choose after start and what could e bought for money
