...most of the time when you say "Inc" it's after you've been killed anyway and you are warning your allies of a threat to the base.  Also, if you almost defeat the enemy, it never hurts to squeeze in "Weak" or "injured", .  Also.. the weapon they carry. like, "inc low! deagles!"  There's not much doubt that your allies now know what they're up against.
