What is a real new topic!?!

I was searching the forums, and it appears that EVERY topic is new... even the ones on page 11 and they are old, just what does it take to get your thread to lose the new status?

when you view the new topic the new symbol woll go away.

Topics are new when someone posts posts in the topic that you hav not viewed yet.

I always click on the 'New' button, to view the new posts in the topics. It's much faster, and it's really handy once you're read the previous posts in the topic and want to jump straight to the new ones.

And yeah, when you read the posts, the new button for that topic will disappear until someone posts in that topic again.
