Since modifying Gravity does not really suit Soldat, no further changes beyond what I have announced will be made for Gravity modifications. Unless I change my mind.

Then, if you don't change your mind at all, make a command that would instantly change the gravity.
Set a default value for it, so by increasing/decreasing it you would change the gravity.
/gravity <value> for example.

It'd make a little more sence if server admins had the ability to set gravity at certain axis points, So they could make the gravity lower the higher up you go to say jetpack and such.

I don't really see a need for gravity though it does help when creating maps or some servers. Having jets are good enough though.

Yeah, that's the point of the suggestion, to make even better/funnier/crazier custom gamemodes.

It wouldn't be if the gravity would be normal one.
Shots would just fly on a curve, but basically the range would be the same.
