Why people don't make more htf servers?

In my opinion, htf is great.

HTF is not a very popular game mode. Most people just don't like it.

Even the U13 HTF server is empty everytime I go on. HTF isn't very popular, and it's ignored quite a bit. The most popular gamemodes are probably Dm and Ctf.

I was running the HTF server for about a month or two.  I shut it down yesterday because I never see people in it.  I also killed the PM server and I think I killed the R/S DM server too
