Players messing servers up?

How is it posibble that some players can mess servers up?

There is this guy ** that manages to break down the !Elite servers.

Can you be more specific as to what "mess servers up" means? How is this guy breaking down servers?

Its a known issue and is not open for discussion, its fixed in the next version of the dedicated server. And the forum rules clearly say not to give the name of hackers.

And EliteCTF should just firewall him. I firewalled him a month ago and get no complaints about it.
