A great addition to the game would be the ability for the server (or admin for that matter) to send messages that only a certain person (or perhaps even a certain group (or a specific team (or maybe even multiple specific teams))) can read. Useful if you want to get certain info for yourself (like !rules - but you usually do that to make other people aware of the rules) or if you just joined a server and you're being auto-greeted by the server (Welcome to bla bla bla bla...).
