Well, some people are "honest" about their rating. All we can do is just trust him and play with him if he really is good or not.

Well, on a bad day, I would say about 3 or 4 outta 10. On a good day Id say 6 or 7. Mebey an 8 with my clan.

Now this is compared to the people that I look up to in Soldat. And compared to good clans. I also have been playing in clans since 1.2.1 and been playing in snag since the day it started.
