Eh, usually if people are going to talk they go into Spectator, that's one of the reasons it is there probably.
And when you get kicked for 'Away from Keyboard" (AKA: Idle) you can go back right after, there is no ban.
So I really see no point to this, seems pretty unnecessary. I'd F11 it.
