I suggest you don't have the bravo people just flying down when they spawn, that can make them trying to change over to Alpha team annoying. Put some kind of box around them.

If you used clouds as a background remove them, they lag as hell and will piss off many people.

Especially fx_p_clouds. Don't ever use them. Except for bloodstained handprints on walls like in htf_mythos. : D
