New to interface, help please!

I'm making an interface, i just learned how to do it. but i'm having someproblems. when my life goes down, it doesn't go down the way i want.

look at the picture, the health thingy should drain in the black ball, like etc water would do.

Unfortunately this can't be avoided. The closest way of replicating it would be to move the healthbar frame to an overlaying frame [like ammo or jet] to mask the health bar so it looks like it's draining only inside the bubble. Even then you'll have to make all ares masking the bar opaque, so you can't exactly do what you're trying to do with the way the interface works currently.
