I also want to mention that he impersonated me on on my Big CTF server while using hacks. He also created a ton of accounts on EnEsCe's nickname registration service and stole other peoples' nicknames with them. When EnEsCe and I approached him about this, he lied to our face and denied it... but it was obvious.
I wouldn't ban him for that other stuff if he wasn't a hacker, but my logs showed him hacking as FliesLikeABrick:

I checked the IP used for FliesLikeABrick at that time and it matched his.
Again, I want to explain that I am not banning him for the community offenses (abusing NR and impersonating me), but I am banning him because he is a hacker. The others are just mentioned because... they should be.
