Antipathy, I should have said in my previous post that there was a problem with attachments over 2MB that I fixed yesterday. Uploads up to the maximum size listed in the reply/post page should work now.
I also want to clear up that I was not trying to say "Mangled, there is no problem" when I posted the smaller attachment, I was merely troubleshooting to try and fix it quickly and didn't feel like typing out a post. I was never implying that the problem was your connection, I just wish you had posted the error message because it would have saved me a lot of time testing the issue for myself. With the error message you had receive, I would have been able to fix the problem in about 10 seconds instead of spending 20 minutes trying to attach successively larger files.
