Soldatforums language forums - internatilisation

I have some idea!
May be admins create Internatilisation forum branch? like on http://forum.psi-im.org/
i really wanna see russian branch for russian players. may .
i already have russian soldat community on #gamecommunity.ru in site and quakenet and may be moderate this branch.
Who may help with this and what i need do for get internatilisation forum branch?

it's not official soldat forum branch. i wanna see it on soldatforums with all world community.

Every community had it's own struggles with maintaining their sites and running channels and whatnot - Soldat is pretty much international, with only the Polish and the German communities being significant enough for anything like you mentioned (+Fractured and Aussoldat, but they're native English anyway..)
