I was once pretty heavily addicted to 4chan, as embarrasing as it was. When I noticed it was starting to affect my life, I posted the eval( thing. Got me banned, at least for a while. The next day when I checked to see if I was still banned, I wasn't. Apparently mods had taken away the ability to ban yourself.

After that, I posted a thread, saying "This'll be my last post on /b/. Goodbye". Then I simply forced myself not to go there anymore. Surprisingly it worked.

Too late for you, though.
